Sharing our love of dogs

After noticing other books about dogs, Terri and Peter thought the dogs of the Imperial War Museum deserved their own book. As with everything in our community, we posted a message in the WhatsApp Group to gauge interest – the response was overwhelming. We found not only dozens of owners volunteering their pets for photoshoots, but also two incredible collaborators, and fellow dog lovers, to work with us on putting the book together.

Amandine Upton

Photographer

Amandine Upton is a student in her final year at the French Lycee in South Kensington, aspiring to study mechanical engineering. She first discovered her love for photography after bringing Lunar home, and now spends every free second training her and taking photos of her.

Iphin Rangson

Design

Iphin has been a hospitality and transport design consultant for over 10 years, designing for airlines, rail, cruises and hotels. After bringing AJ home, life has been less about chasing the big contracts and more of appreciating the little ones that come by - they allow for much longer dog walk.

Terri Paddock

Words

Terri has worked for 20+ years in communications – including online and offline publishing, social media, content marketing, journalism and public relations, with a specialism most recently in the theatre sector. She is also the author of two novels, Come Clean (Harper Collins) and Beware the Dwarfs (Little Brown).

Peter Jones

Photography, Directions & Production

Peter has been an entrepreneur and investor in the technology sector for 25 years. He has a side hustle as a keen photographer and has done shoots for theatre productions, awards events, audience talkbacks, corporate projects and weddings, as well as portraits of friends, family and, of course, lots of wonderful dogs.
